And welcome. If we’ve known each other for years, or random link surfing lead you to this page, hope you enjoy your stay. For those who don’t know me, I am an administrative assistant/technical support/how-does-this-work professional. My background is in theology, extensive Narnia
geeking out studies, and a worldview built on my faith and a suspicion of technology from a solid science fiction fed upbringing.
I have been incredibly fortunate to live an amazing life up through this point. I have traveled, written books, achieved goals that only in my wildest dreams did I think I could achieve, had to think up new dreams, had my heart broken, and have a solid core group of friends that I am so grateful for. And now, I get to apply my theology degree in writing for 412teens.org and have a job that I don’t dread going to each morning.
‘Homemade Mythology’ comes from my series of ‘Fairy Tales’. The idea behind Worlds Collide: A Fairy Tale was a rethinking of where we get our myths, and I liked the idea of handcrafting mythology like it was clay and creating it into something new but still recognizable. The purpose of this blog is to share my stories both in book form, and stories from day to day life. In the immortal words of Up, adventure is out there, we just need to keep an eye out for it.
